Bosch To Be Wholly-Owned Acquisition Ersol Enter The Field Of Solar Cells

Well-known auto parts maker Bosch of Germany on June 2 announced that it will acquire the German solar cell manufacturers ErSol. The amount is expected to buy about 1.1 billion euros. In the field of solar cells, Q-Cells, and other German manufacturers have been working with Sharp and other Japanese manufacturers confrontation. Bosch currently has 500 million to 46.4 million euros investment in the company's acquisition of 50.5 percent ErSol stock reached an agreement. The remaining outstanding shares will be acquired Bosch, ErSol will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch.
