U.S. AMAT Display From India Ordered The Thin-Film Solar Cells

U.S. Applied Materials (AMAT) in solar cells show "PVJapan 2008" on display at the Indian Moser Baer Photo Voltaic the manufacturing floor size of 2.2 m × 2.6m film solar cell modules.

Moser Bare is the first production line using AMAT solar manufacturers. Moser Bare display modules, Construction show that AMAT production lines have been successfully launched. However, the module conversion efficiency, and other specific details were not released. AMAT Health Production lines are characterized by the floor size is capable of producing 2.2 m × 2.6m of large-size thin film of silicon solar cells.

Dupont Invested 160 Million U.S. Dollars In Building Shengang Film Solar Panels R & D Base

DuPont announced that it will in the Hong Kong Institute of building solar power, solar cells in Shenzhen building module parts manufacturing plant. The company expects demand for the next few years, solar power will continue to maintain the annual growth rate of more than 30 percent, in order to meet this demand, the company decided to conduct the large-scale investment.

DuPont earlier in the crystalline silicon solar module manufacturers in the various parts. This time, in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and the newly established Institute for Research and the plant will manufacture amorphous silicon thin film solar cell components. These components include transparent or translucent glass-like solar panels and strengthen the module sealed materials.

DuPont Photovoltaic power generation is the world's major industrial materials suppliers, the company will invest 160 million U.S. dollars in construction in Shengang film solar panel research and development bases. Project research and development center in Hong Kong Science Park, the production base in Shenzhen City, Guangming New Area, June 6 this year, the project in the Guangming held a foundation laying ceremony of the new district. DuPont project using the latest research and development of amorphous silicon thin film solar panel production technology, with an annual output of thin film solar panels of 50 megawatts, the output value of 200 million U.S. dollars.
